If you couldn’t be an engineer, what would you be? Why?
Some kind of creative arts. Pilot.
What’s the most interesting medical device project you’ve worked on and why?
Amicus, blood separator. It had a built-in centrifuge and was able to separate red blood cells, platelets and plasma automatically.
If you could go back in time, where and what time would you travel to and why?
To the time of the dinosaurs to see what we got right, what we got wrong, and to see what we may have yet to discover (unless I get eaten).
Where were you born/where did you grow up?
Born in Hong Kong but grew up here.
If you had a billion dollars, what would you do with it?
Down to earth answer: charities, travel. Shoot for the moon answer: deep sea surveying.
