What is your experience in the field?

I have 25+ years of med device experience, primarily focused on navigation, robotics within the spinal, cranial, ENT, and orthopedic space. My experience ranges from software development, program / functional management, acquisition/integration leadership.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING AT TENSENTRIC?

The team members and executive leaders are extremely talented, and the team has done a wonderful job of fostering a tightly knit people-centric culture.

 IF YOU COULDN’T BE AN ENGINEER, WHAT WOULD YOU BE? WHY?

I would likely be an architect or a landscape designer. I love to design elegant solutions to challenging problems following proven principles of design.

WHAT UNIQUE SET OF SKILLS DO YOU BRING TO TENSENTRIC?

I love working with people. As I invest in the Tensentric team members who build the products and solutions, the business results are achieved, and the people-first element of the culture grows. I also serve as a bridge-builder between people, functions, businesses, and clients.

WHAT HOBBIES OR NON-WORK ACTIVITIES ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?

I love spending time with my wife and kids and doing life together with them. Time permitting, I also love golf, hiking and backpacking.

 WHERE WERE YOU BORN/WHERE DID YOU GROW UP?

Colorado native. I was born in Grand Junction, CO and grew up on the front range. I’ve always had a permanent address in Colorado. I have lived all around the Denver metro area.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT LIVING IN COLORADO?

I like the distinct seasons, the 300+ days of sunshine, and the fact that I can golf all 12 months of the year.
