What do you like about working at a company that designs Medical Products?

When you work on putting new medical products into the market, you know your accomplishments are having a positive impact on people’s lives. In many cases, your efforts are keeping people alive! You can’t find that kind of motivation or satisfaction in most other industries.

What you do like about working at Tensentric?

Tensentric has a diverse client base which offers us the opportunity to work on a wide variety of product types utilizing varying technologies. You’re always learning something new which is exciting for me.

What unique set of skills do you bring to Tensentric?

I bring years of experience with product conceptualization, development, transfer to production and scale-up to my role managing projects.

What hobbies or non-work activities are you most passionate about?

Any time I can spend with my wife, daughters and grandkids is time well spent! When I get a change, I enjoy hiking, and watching football and hockey. Around the hosue I like to do landscaping and am taking up woodworking.

Where were you born/where did you grow up?

I was born in Pueblo, CO and my family moved to Waukegan, IL (half way between Chicago and Milwaukee) when I was six. I lived in northern Illinois until 2011 when my wife, Mary, and I moved to Colorado.

If you could join one rock band, which one would you join and why?

It has to be the Beatles, right? While they didn’t start rock n roll, they certainly were early into the game and took it to a whole different level. It had to be fascinating to be on the leading edge, setting the standard and still being daring enough to experiment with different types of music like they did.

When you were in elementary school, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I was going to be a physicist. I had no real idea what a physicist actually did but I associated it with studying outer space which is what I was really into as a kid. Engineering was always in my future because I was the kid taking everything apart to see how it worked.
