WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING AT TENSENTRIC?

My favorite thing about working for Tensentric is the positive company culture. Getting the opportunity to work alongside experts in the field who are not only knowledgeable but also positive and outgoing people makes coming to work fun.

WHAT UNIQUE SET OF SKILLS DO YOU BRING TO TENSENTRIC?

As a recent graduate with degrees in physiology and psychology, I bring a unique perspective to testing at Tensentric. I have a strong scientific background from my physiology degree combined with my understanding of cognitive and research psychology.

WHAT HOBBIES OR NON-WORK ACTIVITIES ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?

My favorite hobbies are anything to do with the Colorado outdoors. I love to ski, train for triathlons, hike, and camp.

WHEN YOU WERE IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GREW UP?

When I was in elementary school, I wanted to be a doctor or a teacher.

IF YOU COULD WORK ON ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL DEVICE PROJECT, WHAT WOULD IT BE AND WHY?

I would like to work on a device that has to do with sleep medicine. I worked in a research lab that studies sleep in children and took a senior capstone course on sleep physiology. From this background I learned many people have undetected sleep pathologies that could be corrected for to greatly improve their physical and mental health.

WHERE ARE YOU FROM AND HOW DID YOU END UP IN COLORADO?

I am from Longmont, Colorado and have been in the Boulder area my whole life.

IF YOU COULD JOIN ONE ROCK BAND, WHICH ONE WOULD YOU JOIN AND WHY?

I would join Fall Out Boy because they are my favorite “angsty teen” band and I still regret not seeing them live with my friends in middle school.

IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME, WHERE AND WHAT TIME WOULD YOU TRAVEL TO AND WHY?

I would go back in time to the finish of the 1967 Boston Marathon and watch Katherine Switzer become the first woman to officially finish.

IF YOU HAD A BILLION DOLLARS, WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH IT?

If I had a billion dollars, I would open a free ski resort where people can learn to ski and snowboard for free.
