Experience in the Field

I have been working in Medical Device since 2003. During all that time, I’ve spent time as a Software, Project Management, Technical Leadership, Design Quality Assurance, QA/Test Engineering and Human Factors. I have been in leadership in multiple roles there as well.

What hobbies or non-work activities are you most passionate about?

I love anything outdoors…hiking, camping, mountain biking, soccer, kayaking, fishing (I’m still convinced there are no fish out there).

I absolutely love bringing my family with and joining in their adventures!

When you were in elementary school, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was a little tyke, I said I wanted to wash stop signs….as I grew older, I knew I wanted to participate in curing cancer – since software was a better path than biology, I am very happy to participate in working on improving people’s quality of live!

Where were you born/where did you grow up?

I was born and raised (until college – GO CATS! (Kentucky)) in the Northwest Suburb of the Chicagoland area.

If you could join one rock band, which one would you join and why?

Led Zeppelin – to be in the height of the 60s and 70s classic rock and roll explosion would be just too good to pass up 😊.
